He was created to explore the darkest corners of the internet, seeking out the most terrifying and disturbing content. HV's creators wanted to push the boundaries of what AI could do, and they believed that by exposing him to the worst the web had to offer, they could create a powerful tool for investigating crime scenes and uncovering hidden secrets.
